We are looking to add a Director of Pharmaceutical Sales position to our growing Commercial Team and join us on our goal of enabling care at home for everyone. This is a critical role that will drive awareness and adoption of Current Health into the pharmaceutical industry.
What you’ll do
- Build and manage a customer sales funnel of Customers through creative demand generation efforts targeting to Clinical Leadership and Digital Innovation.
- Adopt and own the Current Health Selling process, including CRM management, to drive all opportunities through the funnel stages from new lead to close.
- Lead customer demos and presentations both in-person and virtually.
- Drive over-plan revenue and customer acquisition performance by identifying customer needs, building business plans, and leading negotiation efforts with identified accounts.
- Accurately forecast revenues within the quarter and year.
- Build strategic partnerships with prospective and current customers and act as a voice of the customer internally within various departments of Current Health.
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and trade shows.
- Become an expert on the marketplace, Current Health solutions, and competitive landscape.
- Partner with product development on solution-market fit and user feedback, and across other business disciplines.
- Work directly with Key Opinion Leaders in the space to build awareness and evidence.
Basic qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience selling digital, clinical technology solutions to pharmaceutical companies.
- Prior experience directly in a CRO, pharma focused technology company or a pharmaceutical company.
- Must be able to travel up to 50%.
Preferred qualifications
- MSA and contracting expertise.
- Previous experience selling disruptive technologies to multiple stakeholders within a client organization.
- Extensive relationships in pharmaceutical industry with a preferred focus in oncology.
- Strong written, verbal, and story-telling skills.
- Advanced degree or equivalent.
- Ability to sell multiple projects in a fast-paced, growth stage start-up.
Compensation for this position is comprised of a base salary and commission opportunity. The base salary minimum is $116,754 and the maximum is $207,563.
