We are looking for a Management Consultancy Leader to join Arup's Americas region. Our Management Consulting practice consists of Strategy & Insights, People & Organizations, and Assets and Operations. This regional leader would help us grow and continue to expand our service offering in Management Consultancy. We help clients to get the best from their people, assets and resources.
Responsibilities
- Leadership and support to senior professionals leading the sub-practices within Management Consulting, representing their interests in management and planning discussions and ensuring adequate resources and support.
- Development and implementation of an Assets & Operations Strategy & Plan, based on the Regional Strategy.
- Develop client account plans and pursuits; and winning work to meet overall targets.
- Network internally within Arup to ensure all opportunities with existing large-scale infrastructure commissions are optimized for Assets and Operations.
- Promoting learning from successes and challenges within the Regional Advisory Services team and across the firm.
- Setting and agreeing performance targets.
- Recruitment, appraisal, performance, building morale, and motivation of regional members and developing and growing a team of professional competent consultants.
Experience & Education
- Min 15 years of experience in a consulting or in-house environment.
- Degree and/or extensive experience in asset management, operations, management consulting. MBA preferred.
- Project management and delivery skills, including financial and risk management.
- Strong commercial competence, including leading and developing client proposals.
- Experience in one or more of the following markets: Aviation, Rail, Highways, Healthcare, Energy, Water.
- Chartered Member with a relevant institute i.e Member of The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport North America (CILT); Certified Business Process Professional; Certified Management Consultant (CMC); The Institute of Asset Management (IAM).

California Hiring Range - The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in California is $240,000 to $280,000 per year. Benefits are not included in the base salary. Please note hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of California will differ.
