New York Cancer & Blood Specialists is actively seeking full-time, board-certified/board-eligible oncologists or hematologists to join our thriving practice on Long Island’s North Shore in Smithtown. Joining our team provides a unique opportunity to work collaboratively with highly respected physicians and medical professionals in the field, all while delivering exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of clinical expertise and academic achievements to facilitate the delivery of world-class, patient-centered care. - Must be a board-certified/board-eligible Medical Oncologist or Hematologist.
- Clinical outpatient experience preferred, but candidates currently in fellowship training are welcome to apply.
- Mentorship available from experienced physicians.
- We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including:
- Salary range $400,000-$450,000

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.

New York Cancer & Blood Specialists (NYCBS) is a leading oncology practice with over 30 locations and 35 hospital affiliations throughout Nassau and Suffolk counties, in the Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island, and Brooklyn. Our team is made up of board-certified physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, and support staff who work collaboratively to provide the best possible care for our patients. We offer a multidisciplinary and comprehensive approach to care that utilizes the most advanced imaging, state-of-the-art therapies, cutting-edge clinical trials, on-site pharmacies, and an in-house laboratory with a full range of pathology services.
