As the Sr. Revenue Operations Manager for our Revenue Operations team, you will be responsible for the strategic initiatives across our various business units. You will own building out processes, problem-solving using data, and managing strategic changes to the daily operations across all of our revenue organization.

The Revenue Operations team is responsible for turbo-charging the day-to-day operations for our revenue teams. You will provide support for these teams by owning and leading our daily reporting, revenue forecasting, territory management, pipeline monitoring/management, and rules of engagement. The Revenue Operations team also identifies and designs new processes that help ensure the business is operating at its full potential.
As the Sr. Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for project management, process design, incentive modeling, and forecasting to drive stronger results from sales teams, and building strong operational rigor and expectations in forecasting, source of truth reporting, and ad-hoc analysis. You will own various projects that require strong cross-functional alignment, change management, and problem-solving skills to ensure we are delivering for our teams and customers.
What you’ll do as a Sr. Revenue Operations Manager at Vanta:
- Cross-functional stakeholder management to ensure milestones are hit and projects are effectively rolled out to the field.
- Identifying gaps in GTM motion and utilizing data to design recommendations and improvements and ensuring their successful rollout across various departments.
- Own and maintain territory design, management, and efficiency across all of our new business teams, ensuring alignment between teams in how we deploy resources to maximize their impact.
- Evaluate and refine revenue-related processes to ensure scalability and efficiency across the sales, marketing, and customer success funnels.
- Design, iterate, communicate, and enforce rules of engagement to ensure the best customer experience.
- Manage and prioritize competing demands and priorities ensuring that project deadlines are met while communicating tradeoffs where necessary.
- Build and maintain a strong operating rhythm for Vanta’s sales motion.
How to be successful in this role:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations with at least 3 years supporting B2B software revenue teams.
- Proficient communication skills with examples of leading cross-functional projects, including those with visibility to executive leadership.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of B2B GTM motions and how to measure effectiveness and identify bottlenecks.
- Deep understanding of GTM tooling (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, etc.) and how to best leverage technology to drive results, balancing people, process, and technology.

We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. The base pay range for this position is $145,000 - $171,000. This role may also be eligible for commissions/bonus, equity, medical benefits, 401(k) plan, and other company perk programs.
