The Adobe Document Cloud Data Science team is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer who can apply computer vision techniques and help us build solutions that will drive the success of our Document Cloud business. What you’ll do
- Develop and implement scalable and efficient models on large-scale datasets to address various business problems through using sophisticated computer vision and machine learning techniques.
- Solve challenging Data Science problems such as online learning and reinforcement learning when solving business problems in digital marketing.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering groups to develop new products and features.
- Create a winning culture built on teamwork and shared accomplishments—have fun along the way!
What you need to succeed
- Expertise in deep neural networks, vector graphics, image processing, and computer vision.
- A strong personal research track record including peer-reviewed publications in top computer vision, graphics, and machine learning venues.
- Strong Python and deep learning development skills and experience with one or more training or deployment environments (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Experience with the design of high-level APIs and frameworks.
- Expertise in optimizing and deploying machine learning models on device.
- Basic knowledge of C++.
- PhD or MS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, with a focus on computer vision and/or machine learning.
- Excellent communication and relationship skills, and a great teammate.
- Knowledge of iOS and Android app development is a plus.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $135,200 -- $250,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
