The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational functions across multiple locations within a designated area. This role involves strategic planning, process improvement, and the implementation of best practices to ensure operational excellence and alignment with the company's goals and objectives. The Regional Director of Operations will work closely with regional and local management teams to drive performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve financial targets. This opportunity is supporting the Florida region.
Your Impact
- Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost control and profitability.
- Ensure that resources, including personnel, are allocated effectively.
- Analyze financial reports and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high service standards.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals and ensure high standards of customer service.
- Streamline workflow and implement best practices to improve efficiency and increase productivity.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and manage performance.
- Identify and implement solutions to address operational challenges and opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on regional performance to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Leverage technology and automation to optimize processes and increase productivity.
- Lead the implementation of new processes, technologies, and strategies.
- Ensure that departments work together seamlessly to achieve common goals.
- Facilitate the sharing of information and resources between departments.
Minimum Qualifications
- B.S. /B.A. in business, healthcare, or related discipline, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Master's Degree in the same preferred.
- Minimum five years' experience with profit/loss accountability in multi-site service industry required.
- Minimum three years' experience in health care management required. Experience managing a clinical organization preferred.
- Experience with supervision of employees and with annual revenues of at least $5 million.
- Minimum five years' experience in orthotics & prosthetics industry preferred.
- Minimum seven years' profit and loss accountability in a multi-site health care setting preferred.
- A valid driver's license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger's Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.
