As our Director of Grants, Greater U.S., you will lead our grants management team to secure and manage funding from foundations, corporations, and government entities. Your primary focus will be on crafting compelling proposals and reports to support College Track’s mission and annual fundraising goals.
Day to day, you will lead the development and execution of the organization’s grant proposal strategy while supervising a team of. Grant Writers to ensure high-quality proposals and reports. You will also manage grant systems, collaborate with the Philanthropy Operations team to optimize Salesforce, gather information from central departments for funder reports, ensure compliance with grant guidelines, and conduct annual interviews with Executive Site Directors and Program Leads to align on performance metrics and gather qualitative data.
To thrive in this role, you must have experience in writing successful grant proposals and managing grants, along with proven leadership in supervising and developing a team. Additionally, you should possess exceptional writing and communication skills for creating clear, persuasive proposals, as well as strong organizational skills with a demonstrated track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects.

This position is full-time, exempt, with a full compensation range of $97,600 - $146,400, with the exact compensation depending on experience. As a new staff member, you can expect an offer between $119,560 - $126,880 to ensure internal equity while leaving room for salary growth during your time at College Track.
Sacramento & New Orleans
This position is full-time, exempt, with a full compensation range of $92,720 - $139,080, with the exact compensation depending on experience. As a new staff member, you can expect an offer between $113,582 - $120,536 to ensure internal equity while leaving room for salary growth during your time at College Track.
Denver Metro
This position is full-time, exempt, with a full compensation range of $87,840 - $131,760, with the exact compensation depending on experience. As a new staff member, you can expect an offer between $107,604 - $114,192 to ensure internal equity while leaving room for salary growth during your time at College Track.
