We are hiring a Senior Product Manager (SPM) to join the Staff Experience team and own clinical staff satisfaction and efficiency, serving the clinical care teams from our customers that use the Wellframe platform to deliver digital care services to the neediest members in healthcare. You will be a key leader in enabling business growth by launching core platform enhancements and capabilities across the Wellframe business as we grow across more complex customer footprints, workflows, and enable a broader ecosystem across digital care management.
Wellframe requires product leaders who move fast, have an entrepreneurial spirit to create new products, a passion for making a dent in the healthcare universe, can break down and solve complex problems, and an ability to lead and get things done across a growing business. We are looking for a customer-obsessed, sharp, and tenacious SPM to own and execute the overall staff experience and satisfaction product strategy focused on staff experience, run experiments to revise that strategy, and tackle large initiatives that make Wellframe support our growth needs at increasing scale.
Our product managers are relentless advocates for our customers and users, pursue a deep understanding of the market, take pride in ensuring experiments and features are brought to the market successfully, and lead the shaping and delivery of a value-driven and outcomes-focused product vision and strategy. Senior Product Managers contribute to Wellframe’s overall clinical product strategy and roadmap through a deep understanding of the market needs, the competitive landscape, and a genuine empathy for the end user. They bring energy, curiosity, and passion to each interaction. The role requires a deep understanding of healthcare user behavior, product management, and a passion for creating world-class customer experience. The staff product manager will report to the Group Product Manager of the Staff Experience Team.
Candidates will be expected to have an established background in product development, excellent project management skills, great communication skills, and a motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment. You should enjoy diving deep into complex problems and center around data, insights, and bets to define objectives, measure progress, and meet goals.
As a Senior PM for Wellframe, you will be responsible for driving a best-in-class clinical staff experience by (1) enabling capabilities that improve our staff NPS, (2) improving the clinical workflows and experience of the platform across dynamic customer footprints, (3) partnering with customers and stakeholders to execute and optimize the clinical staff experience in line with your vision, and (4) analyzing the current customer and internal scalability, running experiments, and recommending short and long-term strategic initiatives to improve it. You will have an eye for creating exemplary healthcare platform experiences, an aptitude for data analysis, and a passion for continuous testing. You will hold a high bar for measurement of feature impact and will define success metrics, measurement methods, and reporting processes for your efforts. You will learn from and share best practices across Wellframe teams. Our environment is fast-paced and requires someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working effectively in a deadline-driven work environment.
