Oracle Senior Director of Product Management for Analytics Baton Rouge, Louisiana
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Director of Product Management for Analytics. This role is pivotal in defining and executing our strategic roadmap for Artificial Intelligence (AI), Business Intelligence (BI), and self-serve analytics tools for our Infrastructure Industries (IGIU) clients. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a deep understanding of AI and data and can drive best practices across product management teams to deliver actionable insights to our enterprise products.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Define and execute the strategic roadmap for AI, BI, central data access, insight sharing, and self-service analytics tools, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Drive internal platform roadmap to drive speed-to-value and data insight quality.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively across IGIU applications.
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Establish and drive best practices in product management, including market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
- AI and Machine Learning Insights: Integrate AI and machine learning capabilities into our analytics products and IGIU applications to unlock product growth.
- Partner with data science and engineering teams to develop, train, and deploy cutting-edge algorithms and models.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and performance to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Customer Focus: Engage with key enterprise clients to understand their needs and challenges, translating these insights into product features and improvements.
- Drive user adoption and satisfaction through continuous improvement of the product experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI and BI.
- Proven track record of leading and scaling product teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and their applications in business applications.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in the B2B technology sector is highly desirable.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only.
US: Hiring Range: from $160,000 to $338,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
