WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Navigate complex business challenges: You help orchestrate multi-tiered, multi-objective, multi-client, multi-agency efforts with a clear vision that brings clarity to chaos.
- Craft exceptional Connections strategies: You bring innovative, fresh connections thinking to our creative and strategy teams, identifying key communication tasks and developing relevant Connections ideas.
- Guide creative: You recommend the best set of creative deliverables to fulfill objectives, adjusted to budgets, time, and resource limitations.
- Grow the team & practice: You help build the Connections team and discipline, leading internal and external workshares to expand opportunities.
- Provide POVs in a quick, efficient manner: You develop time-sensitive POVs on media and marketing tactics, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Distill information into key themes and takeaways: You refine complex information into key takeaways and prepare presentations on findings & recommendations.
- Actively contribute and bring your voice to the table: You lead and contribute to team brainstorms and workshops, unafraid to voice your opinions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10+ years of experience in media planning or communications planning for at least 2 of the following categories: Entertainment, Food/Beverage/CPG, Finance, B2B, Tech, Travel, Healthcare, Home Improvement.
- Exceptional Connections strategy outputs, developing compelling briefs and strategic frameworks.
- Experience managing across multiple clients and teams, building strong relationships and creating growth opportunities.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple IAT agencies and utilize research tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Paid Channels, with experience in Performance or Acquisition Marketing desired but not essential.
- An advertising, marketing, media, and creative enthusiast with a passion for pop culture and data.
All hires must be located in or willing to relocate to Los Angeles to work from our offices hybrid three days a week.
The annual salary range for this role is $150,000- $200,000 and may vary depending on the candidate's experience. Other compensation includes relocation costs, if applicable. Benefits for this role include health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k), stock purchase, vacation, sick and personal days, and eligibility for disability, life, travel insurance plans, and retirement plans subject to the terms and conditions of such benefit plans.
