Candidate Requirements:
- Proven track record in a senior growth or performance marketing role, preferably at a top-tier performance marketing agency, ad tech company, or in-house at a major D2C brand.
- Extensive experience in paid social advertising, particularly on Meta platforms.
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing marketing teams.
- Strong background in marketing analytics, CRO, paid acquisition and marketing technology.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in structured organization building, particularly in establishing or restructuring marketing departments.
- Top tier management consulting background or top tier MBA.
- Technical background, e.g. degree in engineering, math, physics or sciences.
- Deep expertise in marketing technology and adtech ecosystems.
- Track record of thought leadership in the digital marketing space (speaking engagements, publications, etc.).
This role is based on-site in Los Angeles, CA.
Compensation: $160,000 - $250,000 base + equity + benefits
