- Hire, train and develop your team to increase retention
- Execute daily restaurant operations at a high level
- Follow Brand and Company Standards
Requirements:
- Previous Management Experience
- Strong organizational skills with a desire to develop others
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have the ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of both food & labor cost controls
- Excellent customer service
- Valid driver's license and vehicle
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
