Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in Store Management
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Knowledge of payroll processes
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to negotiate and sell effectively
- Experience in Sales Management is a plus
