Senior Vice President, Everyday Platform Leader - Consumer Benefit Solutions

What the day will look like
Consumer Benefit Solutions is one of the fastest growing businesses within Aon Health Solutions growing in double digits continuously over the last 3 years. Apart from a consumer facing enrollment platform, we offer Product Consulting, Communications Consulting and Field Counseling to our clients and consumers. We touch over two million consumers educating and helping them enroll in Benefits accounting for over two hundred million in premiums. We also support a year-round platform (Everyday Benefit Solutions) offering Lifestyle Benefits that is scalable to other geographical regions in the world.
They will be responsible for working with Leadership to set goals, prioritize partnerships and client opportunities for revenue growth on our Everyday Benefit Solutions platform.
- Strategic Vision: Develop and articulate a clear strategic vision for the marketplace, aligning with overall business goals and objectives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, ensuring the marketplace stays competitive.
- Business Development: Work with teams to drive business growth by identifying and onboarding key sellers, negotiating partnerships, and expanding the product/service portfolio.
- Proven track record on revenue creation
- User Experience: Prioritize and enhance the user experience on the platform, ensuring seamless navigation, efficient transactions, and high customer satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure the marketplace operates within legal boundaries, implementing necessary compliance measures.
- Technology Integration: Optimize marketplace features that drive value.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop marketing strategies to attract buyers and sellers, overseeing promotional campaigns, and utilizing various channels to increase platform visibility.
- Data Analysis: Utilize consumer data analytics to track and evaluate marketplace performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven decisions.
- Operational Partnership: Consult with delivery leaders to define best practice models for client implementation and consumer support.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Minimum of 10 years prior experience with a Benefit Enrollment, Benefit Technology or Benefit Communications firm.
- Lifestyle marketplace carrier experience distributing Insurance direct to consumer - e.g., Geico, Amazon, Esurance, Affinity orgs, etc.
- End to end direct to consumer marketing and marketplace experience.
- Proven track record on revenue creation.
- Strong understanding of Product Delivery Best Practices and Execution.
- Experience in Health Insurance Industry.
- Superior communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Computer literate with Windows knowledge.
Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent years of industry experience.

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $190,000 to $250,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
