As Product Manager - Enrollment & Billing, you'll partner with Strategy, Operations, IT, Customer Insights, and fellow PMs to evolve our digital platform for our center directors, staff and families. You'll lead a team of Product Owners, responsible for Center and Site Management platforms and respective parent portals. Collectively, these systems handle our family enrollments, scheduling, billing, and payments. As the leader of the Enrollment & Billing Team, you will help define the strategy and roadmap and guide the delivery of the team’s product goals.
Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Vision: By cultivating a deep understanding of our customers, partners, technology and business strategy, you will define the product strategy, vision and multi-year roadmap for the Digital Channels team.
- Team Leadership & Delivery: Lead and supervise a team of Product Owners. Ensure that they align their work with the overall product strategy and business goals, and that they are able to deliver on their product commitments. Help the team define and measure their product critical metrics to align feature delivery to business performance.
- Prioritization & Resource Management: Collaborate with your team of Product Owners and across the Product Team to prioritize feature development, guiding them in making data-driven decisions that balance the needs of our customers and partners. Allocate resources effectively toward the right projects to enhance the value created by the team.
- Partner Management & Communication: Facilitate effective communication between Product Owners, Development Teams, and Business Stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals and alignment on priorities.
- Mentoring and Guidance: Provide mentorship and guidance to your team of Product Owners, helping them develop the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks affecting the successful delivery of product commitments. Work proactively with business team members and technical partners to identify areas of risk early and collaboratively develop solutions to mitigate those risks.
Qualifications:
Key Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technology, engineering, business, or related field
- 4+ years in Product Management, with 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
- Experience with business systems covering billing, scheduling, and payment processing.
- Ability to effectively manage relationships and partner at all levels, including executives, business leaders, and technical teams.
- Skilled in customer research and market analysis. Able to employ various research methods, both quantitative and qualitative to gain insights into customer needs and behaviors.
- Solid understanding of the product development process and agile methodologies
- Knowledge of digital platform development processes, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Familiarity with Sitecore, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms.
- Excellent leadership and mentorship skills.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability and appetite to lead and engage diverse and equitable teams
