Salary: Base annual salary ranges from $80,000 to $95,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Eligible for an annual bonus.

Position Summary
The Senior Operations Manager manages operations and personnel for locations with approximately 650 truck units. Responsibilities include overseeing Operations Supervisors, Technicians-In-Charge, Customer Service Coordinators, and Technicians. The Ops Manager must accomplish results through direct involvement and limited delegation, ensuring business objectives and labor requirements are met. This position is responsible for location performance against metrics to meet or exceed assigned objectives and ensuring compliance with key company processes and procedures.
Essential Functions
- Operations Management: Oversee work analysis, vehicle planning, scheduling, productivity tracking, and optimization.
- Labor Management: Provide leadership, training, and oversight to management teams, responsible for performance management.
- Customer Management: Manage customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, implementing cost control measures.
- Asset Management: Maintain the appearance and upkeep of assigned locations.
- Quality Management: Ensure compliance with quality metrics and maintain a safe workplace.

Qualifications
- H.S. diploma/GED required.
- Associate's degree preferred.
- Four (4) years or more in an operations environment required.
- Three (3) years or more supervisory experience required.

Compensation ranges for the position are as follows:
Pay Type: Salaried
Minimum Pay Range: $80,000.00
Maximum Pay Range: $95,000.00
The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan.
