HTH Communications is currently looking for a dynamic individual to fill the role of Senior Production Manager.

In addition, HTH also owns and operates FCC-licensed Eligible Telecommunication Carriers (ETCs) offering Lifeline, Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) and Prepaid wireless services to consumers in all 50 states under four consumer brands: AirVoice Wireless, Cintex Wireless, AirTalk Wireless, and TAG Mobile.
Responsibilities include:
- Project Management: Identify, design, and deliver projects in assembly lines and repair/refurbishing department.
- Determine the project scope, including goals, outcomes, process requirements, labor requirements, resource/supply requirements, timeline, and costs.
- Manage the approved projects to ensure quality standards are achieved and delivery is on time and within budget.
- Review and evaluate project performance and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
- Process Management: Incorporate 5S, lean manufacturing techniques, and other best practices to support the successful delivery of the projects and daily production.
- Contribute to the improvement of operation processes, systems, and policies in support of company mission; specifically, provide input to enable better reporting, information management, and organizational planning.
- People Management: Directly manage the assembly lines/repair/refurbishment team and employ best practices to motivate the team and achieve goals.
- Foster a team environment within the facility and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
- Work with other department leaders and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery of projects.
- Production Management: Responsible for production of the assembly/repair/refurbishment team.
- Establish and maintain department standards for productivity, reliability, and accuracy; ensure work is prioritized to maximize revenue and minimize costs associated with returns.
- Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe and clean working environment; ensure compliance with organizational policies and laws.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; business, operations management, production management, MIS, or supply chain degrees a plus.
- 5 years of demonstrated leadership experience in a process and people management role, preferably in a repair/refurbishment or re-manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in leading change through direct reports, peers, and senior leadership.
- Experience with cell phone repair and refurbishment processes and equipment strongly desired.
- Excellent computer skills; proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook; strong capability with inventory management software, scheduling tools, and other relevant software.
- Demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and communication.
- Strong administration and organizational skills, with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English; proficiency in Vietnamese is a plus.
