Job Overview:
The Advertising, Marketing, And Promotions Partner will provide expert legal counsel on advertising, marketing, and promotions matters in traditional and new media. They will protect clients’ business interests and brand elements throughout campaign life cycles, lead litigation, and contribute to business development initiatives.
Duties:
- Provide expert legal counsel on advertising, marketing, and promotions matters in traditional and new media
- Protect clients’ business interests and brand elements throughout campaign life cycles
- Lead litigation of false advertising and unfair competition claims
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships
- Actively participate in business development initiatives
Requirements:
- J.D. from an ABA accredited law school
- Excellent academic credentials
- 10 years of specialized experience in advertising law
- Ability to learn and embrace new skills and best practices
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work well independently as well as within a team
- Ability to lead and mentor junior attorneys and legal staff
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
