We are looking for a skilled and strategic Product Strategy Associate Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients to define and implement effective product strategies that drive business growth and competitive advantage. You will leverage your expertise to analyze market opportunities, develop strategic plans, and guide clients through the product development lifecycle. This role serves as a project north star, bringing business, technology, and creative together to build best-in-class user experiences that advance our clients’ businesses. Must have business development, scoping, pricing, and presentation experience, as well as some practical experience in the digital product development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, market challenges, and product goals
- Develop and present actionable product strategies that align with clients' overall business strategies and market conditions
- Strategic Planning
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks
- Create detailed product roadmaps and strategic plans, ensuring alignment with client needs and market dynamics
- Product Lifecycle Management
- Provide guidance on all stages of the product lifecycle, from ideation to market launch and beyond
- Advise on product enhancements, portfolio optimization, and go-to-market strategies
- Market Insights
- Analyze industry trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic recommendations
- Deliver insights and recommendations to clients through reports, presentations, and workshops
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with clients' internal teams, including Product Development, Marketing, and Sales, to support strategy implementation
- Facilitate workshops and strategy sessions to align teams and drive effective execution
- Performance Metrics
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product strategies
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients, adjusting strategies as needed based on performance and feedback
Skills:
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage clients effectively
- Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in using strategic planning tools and frameworks
- Preferred coursework: UX, Product Management, and/or Design Thinking
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or a related role, with a proven track record of driving successful product initiatives
Compensation and Benefits:
Associate Manager Level - New York & California base compensation for this opportunity ranges between $137,000 and $142,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and market location.
