You’ll operate in a fast paced and dynamic environment, and be accountable for meeting business objectives with precision on a quarterly and annual basis.
The Sales Director of Americas Retail will develop and own strategic relationships with senior merchants across our largest accounts. They will need to collaborate externally and internally to unlock disruptive growth initiatives with winning outcomes for Sonos and our partners. - Narrate performance trends and drivers to executive level audiences clearly and succinctly to demonstrate ownership and confidence in your outlook.
- Lead and motivate a team of national account managers to keep them engaged, focused on the most important work, and performing at a high level.
- Own strategic relationships with our most important merchant and buying teams. Includes difficult negotiations, problem solving, and diffusing channel tension to mitigate business risk.
- Build, refine, and execute a regional retail strategy, with channel plans that support and substantiate it.
- Use the retail strategy to evaluate channel expansion opportunities, and oversee the execution and development of new accounts where it makes sense.
- Consistently generate ideas and solutions to fill revenue and growth gaps on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Active member of a leadership team responsible for delivering the revenue plan for the entire region while creating a culture people want to be a part of.
