Starting Base Salary – $75,000 per year with a generous profit sharing bonus plan

Here’s what we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service (table service with full bar), high volume restaurant (250-450 covers per dinner shift), required.
- Proven track record of hiring, training, coaching, and developing employees.
- Experience working in a corporate structure preferred.
- Willingness to commute up to one hour for work or up to thirty miles one way, whichever is greater.
- ServSafe Certification preferred.

PROFITS:
- Submit, approve and achieve annual budgeted PACE, sales, labor, and food cost for your restaurant.
- Create and execute numerous Marketing initiatives per year through our “Give 20” Program, Beer Dinners, “King of the Hill” Membership parties and more.
PRODUCTS:
- Maintain a high standard for customer satisfaction scores.
- Ensure 100% product quality compliance for both Kitchen and Brewery.
PEOPLE:
- Responsible for assisting the General Manager with the overall management and success of the restaurant.
- Assist with assessing, hiring, and retaining service talent, and oversee the success of the hourly training program.
- Exemplifying passion about our products, our standards, and leading the entire team to ensure that our culture of “Inspiring Loyalty” is promoted throughout the whole restaurant.
