Job Skills and Requirements:
- Guest Service: A friendly, relaxing demeanor, courteousness and quick service will help get repeat customers by building trust in the brand.

- Leadership Skills: Restaurant General Managers must keep team members motivated, resolve conflicts, and make the difficult decisions, along with inspiring their team to always achieve their very best.
- Run shifts effectively to ensure quality products, excellent guest service and restaurant cleanliness while maintaining labor and food cost targets.
- Follows and implements restaurant policies and procedures effectively holding team members accountable for their actions and/or behaviors.
- Understands the financial reporting process and has the financial acumen to meet or exceed the key performance indicators of the business.
- Must be willing to relocate locally within 15 miles.
Results driven with 3+ years of leadership experience as a high caliber General Manager.
Physical Requirements: Stamina: Long, busy days on your feet are the trademark of this job. Walks fast paced during shifts. Bends, reaches and stoops. Lift / carry 10 lbs. or less constantly; Lift / carry 11-20 lbs. frequently; Lift / carry 21-50 lbs. occasionally; Lift / carry 51-100 lbs. rarely.

Pay: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
