Our mission-driven and member-focused company is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Director of Growth to expand and manage our market presence.
How you will add value:
- Help lead Reema’s growth strategy to achieve sales targets and expand market share in partnership with the CEO and other leadership team members.
- Lead the sales process from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closing.
- Utilize market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular updates to senior management on sales pipeline and progress.
- Act as a subject matter expert on our products/services and the broader healthcare industry landscape.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities.
- Build and maintain Reema’s primary prospect relationships.
- Strategize and iterate on how to grow Reema’s revenue.
- Help build and iterate Reema’s market messaging.
- Partner with CEO and leadership team on external stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop compelling messaging and collateral.
Knowledge, skills and qualifications you need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a senior sales or business development role within the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, reimbursement models, and regulatory environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated reliability for organized and timely prospect and client follow-up.
- Entrepreneurial mindset accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
