Salary and Bonus – Depends on Experience (Compensation is open)
- Purpose: Grow and expand the bank's presence in the Fintech world.
- Target Fintech companies and market the bank's current products and services (treasury, needs and payment processing, merchant acquiring, card issuance, online lending, ACH, Wire Transfer, etc.).
- Responsibilities: Report to the CEO on progressive sales as it relates to the business development and marketing oversight to Fintech customers.
- Be a strategic planner.
- Increase and develop new banking relationships.
- Build a strong referral network.
- Manage Lending and Credit Approval processes.
- Risk and Compliance management.
- Maintain client portfolio – consistent follow-up – client contact targets are CEO, CFO, COO, Presidents, Partners, etc.
