Ecommerce Product Managers at Workhuman live at the intersection of business and technology. They strategize, ensure customer excellence, and execute to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-value product features to our customers. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in delivering solutions at scale and possesses a comprehensive understanding of market trends, customer needs, and how that impacts business objectives. They lead the product strategy, collaborate with stakeholders, and make critical decisions to guide the product's success. The role will interface at many levels and with various cross-functional teams across the company including engineering, user research, design, analytics, and marketing, to ensure the product's success in the market.
Please note this is a hybrid role, requiring at least two days a week onsite in our (brand new!) office in Framingham, MA.

Achievements:
- 8+ years working as a Product Manager/Owner in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Demonstrated experience in product management, defining strategy, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.
- Proven experience developing a roadmap from high-level strategic direction.
- Experience supporting large-scale product initiatives.
- Experience creating new products and driving adoption.
