Position Summary:
Reporting to the CEO of EG America, the SVP of Brand Analysis will be responsible for analyzing the brand attributes and providing insights for setting brand strategy for the EG America Portfolio of Convenience Stores. The SVP of Brand Analysis will provide leadership by setting strategies for each brand of c-store for EG America.
EG America is a convenience store operator with nearly 1,700 company owned and operated locations across the United States. EG America's store support center is located in Westborough, MA.
Responsibilities:
- Designs and executes studies to determine customer perceptions of c-store brands.
- Analyzes target market information to identify and recommend effective approaches.
- Develops competitive positioning, branding, and corporate messaging strategies.
- Implements operational metrics and KPIs to continually improve effectiveness of brand programs, tactics, and strategy.
- Works in collaboration with IT team to gather data.
- Directs market research data collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
- Aligns brand strategy and direction with organizational goals.
- Leads cross-functional teams that determine action items for improving store performance for each brand.
- Advocates for each brand and ensures the brands receive equal resource allocation and attention.
- Other duties as assigned.
Working Relationships: Leadership Team (LT), Senior Leadership, Field leadership, Marketing, and IT.
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree.
Preferred Education: Master's Degree.
Minimum Experience: 15 years.
Preferred Experience: 15 years.

Other Requirements:
Travel: Ability to travel independently.
Hours & Conditions: Typically Monday - Friday, 8+ hour days in office or store setting.
Physical Requirements: Ability to maneuver and regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
