Job Summary
Reporting to the SVP, Total Rewards and People Operations, the Head of Global Compensation will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation programs across 63 countries to support our 22k employees. The right candidate will lead a team of regional rewards professionals across 8 countries to develop innovative and market-competitive pay practices that attract and retain the best talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides strategic and operational leadership in the design, implementation, and communication of all broad-based compensation programs, including job hierarchy, base salary, and variable compensation programs.
- Leads global processes, including compensation planning cycle, market reviews, and preparation of financial and compensation analytics that provide insight into business and market trends.
- Ensures stakeholder alignment and employee education through effective communication of complex programs to a large, global audience.
- Provides consultative compensation expertise, governance, and guidance regarding compensation matters to business leaders and HR Business Partners.
- Responsible for continuous improvement of programs and policies, including change management efforts to ensure successful adoption.
- Responsible for internal compliance, enterprise governance and adherence to country/federal, regional and/or local regulations regarding salary administration, incentive and other compensation and reward guidelines.
Minimum Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive Compensation experience in global organizations.
- Experience leading teams of senior compensation professionals.
- Demonstrated analytical and technical skills; ability to perform in-depth analysis and present recommendations to management in a compelling and data-driven manner.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to execute on multiple priorities.
- Focus on developing and implementing process improvements and efficiencies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively develop, sell, and implement programs, policies, and procedures.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules, preferred.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
