Description
We are excited to invite a dedicated and dynamic individual to lead our Insite Solutions team. This role involves spearheading our business development efforts for on-premise customer solutions, with a strong focus on driving growth, enhancing client relationships, and ensuring smooth integration of our services within customer environments. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping strategic plans, managing client interactions, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Safety First: Prioritize health and safety by adhering to all safe work practices, policies, and procedures.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
- Lead and support negotiation and closing of high-value contracts, ensuring favorable terms.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Gain insights into client operations to tailor solutions effectively.
- Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and explore additional business opportunities.
- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee the integration and performance of our embedded employees at customer sites.
- Implement best practices and tools to optimize service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive improvements and achieve business goals.
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with leadership to define the vision, strategy, and goals for the Insite Solutions team.
- Develop and implement initiatives aligned with overall company objectives.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Leadership and Team Development:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing business development team.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and career growth.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned to support team and organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required. Master's degree preferred. Alternative combinations of education and experience may be considered.
- 7-10 years of relevant experience with a proven track record of success in business development, sales, or client management.
- 10+ years of experience managing employees embedded at customer sites is highly desirable.
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to travel 50%-75%.
