Position Summary:
Walmart Connect is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead a team focused on growing our partnerships across multiple of the world’s leading Agency Holding Companies. You will be directly responsible for managing the health of your book of business and designing plans that enable your business to meet agency and company goals. In addition, you will be responsible for creating team strategy, managing team resources effectively and ensuring your team’s priorities and needs are visible across Walmart Connect.
This role requires a sales leader that has experience and deep understanding of the current agency landscape and epitomizes a team player. You will not only lead your team but also serve as a member of the Agency leadership team helping to drive initiatives that span outside your book of business. You will be a key voice across all partnerships and help to maintain and enhance team culture. You will also own senior relationships across your book of business and may also represent the full agency team at industry events.
What You'll Do:
- Building a strategy that drives results while strategically building a business for the future
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and execute go-to-market plans to meet joint business partnership goals
- Create scalable solutions that accelerate revenue across multiple Agencies and client types
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth
- Execute projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development
- Consult with Product Marketing to help shape product development in support of agency needs
- Evangelize WMC with agencies, clients, and at targeted events, conferences, and media opportunities and champion WMC product releases internally and externally
- Become an agency resource within the Hoboken office
- Travel 50% of the time if based in San Bruno

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.
Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related area.
- Master’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related area.
- 5 years’ experience in brand advertising (for example, television, video, sponsorship), media sales, customer acquisition and growth, search, mobile, or online sales.
- 5 years’ experience in shopper marketing sales, eCommerce sales, or retail advertising sales.
- 5 years’ experience managing client accounts.
- 5 years’ experience as a strategic advisor working with C-suite clients.
