This is an Executive Management level position that requires a seasoned professional with extensive construction experience, particularly in Asphalt Paving and Concrete Construction. Must be able to manage a Construction Operations consisting of 275 employees, as well as fleet and equipment required to complete well over $100 Million in sales annually.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee & manage All Construction Divisions, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Provide strong leadership & support to the estimating team, ensuring accurate production rates to help secure competitive bids.
- Embrace & promote DRYCO’s TOFIT Culture, which emphasizes the importance of our field workers and encourages Servant Leadership.
- Review all contracts & ensure terms and conditions are not adverse towards DRYCO.
- Manage field operations, ensuring efficient project execution and adherence to DRYCO’s safety standards.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, conducting regular safety inspections and promoting a culture of safety among all team members. Ensure that all our employees come home safe every day.
- Effectively manage Work in Progress (WIP) to ensure optimal project performance and financial health.
- Team Leadership: Lead, Mentor and Motivate your team of construction professionals to ensure safe, efficient and productive work practices on site and within your team.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about current & future regulations, including an understanding of CARB and Environmental Regulations.
- Collaborate with other executives to align construction activities with company goals and strategies.
- Identify areas of continuous improvement across all Divisions.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in the construction industry, specifically in Asphalt paving & Concrete Construction.
- Strong emotional intelligence & self-awareness.
- Commitment to promoting and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale construction projects and teams.
- Strong blueprint reading skills and the ability to support the estimating team.
- Thorough understanding of construction techniques, as it applies to DRYCO services.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a focus on Servant Leadership and team development.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft office, Excel Outlook, Foundation Software, or other job cost software).
- Ability to manage Work in Progress (WIP effectively).
- Speaking Spanish is helpful, but not mandatory.
Job Type: Full time
Competitive Base Salary: $175,000 to $250,000, depending on experience
