What Matters Most:
- 6+ years experience in Finance or Accounting in a similar style role; nonprofit experience will be prioritized
- Strength in nonprofit ERP’s & Excel is required
- Experience with reconciliations, budgeting, and nonprofit tax & audit preparations required
- Accounting & Finance degree preferred
Your New Role: Our client, a Portland-based nonprofit, is looking for their next Finance Director! This role is perfect for someone familiar with budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparations, who is keen to contribute to the mission of an established and thriving institution!
A typical day may include assisting with transactional and internal accounting. You can expect to interface with leaders, community members, external partners, and stakeholders on a regular basis.
This position is on-site in downtown Portland.
