CRISP & GREEN is seeking a super talented General Manager to add to our team!
CRISP & GREEN is where individuals go to experience healthy and delicious food. You are the face of our brand and the glue that keeps our team whole.
Position Overview:
As a General Manager, you will be in charge of providing an exceptional guest experience, mentoring the #CRISPCrew, and managing FOH and BOH operations. Ultimately, our General Managers are the absolute best communicators, go-getters, and self-starters out there.
General Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
- In charge of day-to-day operations and management of the restaurant
- Create and maintain a culture where teammates have the opportunity to learn and grow
- Recruit, interview, and hire the right talent for Crisp & Green, with a focus on finding and developing future leaders
- Recognize and reward excellent performance
- Quickly improve or remove low performers through coaching and documentation
- Motivate, inspire, and challenge the team to consistently achieve and surpass company goals and standards
- Create an excellent guest experience through extreme attention to detail
- Connect and build relationships through the ability to resolve conflict in a prompt and professional manner
- Effectively communicate with the restaurant team regarding changes to menu, policies, team member benefits, and more
- Control labor costs by writing and executing an effective schedule
- Understand how to build on restaurant sales through execution of company marketing tactics and promotional programs
- Live and represent the Crisp & Green brand day in and day out
Job Requirements:
- Minimum:
- 3 years previous management/supervisory experience
- 5 years customer service experience
- Passion for living a healthy life
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Able to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment
- Full-time availability with a flexible schedule
- Able to work at least 50 hours per week
- Preferred:
- Management experience in the restaurant industry
- Reliable transportation
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail

Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
