Product Manager (Customer Success Manager)
We see that the client is inclined towards candidates with experience in:
- Border identity consulting experience.
- Sailpoint.
- Defining strategy and roadmap for IAM solution implementation and adoption with customers.
- Hand-holding clients in adoption of newer technologies or migration initiatives.
- Strong hands-on experience in technical implementation, taking ownership for business metrics and product KPIs, and playing a pivotal role in bringing all stakeholders on board.
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management in the development and/or implementation of IAM solutions, with familiarity with solutions like Duo, Okta, and Sailpoint.
- Experience working with clients and application owners for migrating or adopting new platforms and technologies.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customers.
- Monitoring and identifying product utilization trends, working with the development team for continuous product improvement and supporting customer requirements.
- Proven experience working within agile/scrum delivery teams.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience collaborating with third-party vendors/providers.
Familiarity with compliance and security process implementation.
