- Craft robust processes and structures geared towards achieving profit and growth targets, while optimizing operational efficiencies and managing expenditures.
- Analyze profitability and identify areas for improvement to proactively manage revenue streams and enhance overall efficiency.
- Ensure seamless planning of material distribution and labor forecasting to maximize customer satisfaction and financial outcomes.
- Act as a key liaison across various departments, championing best practices to drive synergy and cohesion.
- Oversee inventory controls meticulously, minimizing discrepancies and optimizing resource allocation.
- Engage with vendors, community leaders, and other third-party partners to foster mutually beneficial relationships.
- Drive the business plan forward, implement innovative strategies, and document processes for ongoing improvement.
- Uphold accountability, ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) across all facets of operations.

Do I Have What It Takes?
- 10+ years of leadership experience
- 10+ years of experience overseeing day-to-day operations within the Home Services sector preferably HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing or other residential home services.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving year-over-year business growth
- Full oversight of businesses exceeding $50 Million Annually
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams toward achieving strategic objectives and driving overall company success.
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, and competitive landscape, enabling informed decision-making and effective business strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to navigate change and ambiguity, driving organizational change initiatives while maintaining employee morale and engagement.
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and corporate governance in all aspects of business operations.
