Aon is looking for an Associate Director, Client Advocacy!
This position is Hybrid in our Miami, FL location.
In this role, you will work closely with the sales team to provide world-class customer experience and be a part of the best-in-class client services team in the reinsurance industry. We are looking for a candidate who is excited to handle claims for our clients providing them unmatched support and advocacy.

What the day will look like:
- 5+ years of experience in the Latin American & Caribbean Claims Market
- Work with team members to strengthen existing relationships with ceding companies.
- Compile data; organize and schedule Client Services meetings.
- Assist in coordinating with Sales teams for RFPs and/or Client Services staff visiting ceding companies, as appropriate.
- Perform special projects and participate in projects, as requested.
- Assist our clients in the notifications and explanations to reinsurers of individually reported claims, complex claims and/or catastrophe claims.
- Assist with complex coverage issues and resolving differences by providing contract interpretation, claim information and potential negotiations.
- Help reinsurers understand claims and claim issues across many lines of business.
- Organize and manage critical claim meetings.
- Attend industry conferences.
- Assist Clients (and client’s insureds) with large catastrophe events.

Skills and experience that will lead to success:
- Working knowledge of MS Office suite of products.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written).
- Bilingual English & Spanish Language preferred.
- Ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Insurance and/or Reinsurance claims experience preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or equivalent experience.

Pay Transparency Laws:
The salary range for this position is $90,000.00 to $120,000.00 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
