The Dallas office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its Labor & Employment Practice. This is a potential partnership opportunity.
The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in Texas and have at least seven (7) years of employment litigation experience (preferably on the management side) handling claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage & hour violations. Advice and counseling experience is preferred. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys who are proactive and passionate about assuming a high-level role providing legal service within a sophisticated practice and who are seeking to assume a significant role in all aspects of labor and employment law. This role requires extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel.
Lewis Brisbois' Labor & Employment Practice represents clients from coast to coast in all phases and types of employment litigation, counseling, and training. Our team of employment professionals is spread throughout our locations across the United States and provides clients with sound counsel in dozens of jurisdictions. Our size and geographic coverage allow us to provide our clients with consistent representation throughout the nation.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, supervise junior attorneys, and have the capacity to hit the ground running with existing client matters. The position offers the opportunity to run point on a diverse and challenging caseload of employment litigation matters with minimal supervision.
