You'll be a proven Marine Vice President / Head of Marine running an existing team, but would relish a more entrepreneurial challenge to build something special from the ground up.

You'll have the ability to open doors with brokers, be confident in attracting capacity from insurers/reinsurers, and have a strong network of Underwriters to recruit for your team.

Your experience:
- We will consider individuals based anywhere across the US, and are looking for someone with expertise across either Hull & Machinery, P&I or Marine Cargo.
- You will have experience as a Marine Underwriter and possess a strong network.
- Naturally driven and entrepreneurial and you would be excited about the substantial earning potential in the long run, rather than in the short term (High base salary).
