Description
In conjunction with the Medical Director, Director of Cardiopulmonary/Neurodiagnostics and the Lead Cardiology Specialist, the Echo Technologist performs/is responsible for echocardiographic exams in accordance with hospital and departmental standards. Completes all phases of exams and assists with other heart procedures and patients as needed. Participates in the departmental on-call rotation for after-hour and weekend coverage.

Required Qualifications:
- Coursework/Training Successful completion of an echocardiography ultrasound technology program.
- Upon hire: National Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Or
- Upon hire: National Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 6 months Performing cardiac ultrasound or equivalent experience
