Salary Range: $151,466 - $166,400 per year
WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.)
Develop customer specific architecture and high-level and low-level solution design involving Nokia Subscriber Domain Management (SDM), and Signaling and Routing products and systems. Interface with customers to gather customer requirements and create detailed technical solution descriptions, including new 5G/4G solution components and impacts to existing solution components. Develop customer specific solution architecture to meet customer specific requirements, including customer-specific adaptations as well as third party products. Support solution and delivery of Nokia 5G and Cloud products for telecom operators. Assist project leads to customize product development, validation and customer deployment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's progressive related work experience. Or a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience with the following: Subscriber Domain Management (SDM), and Signaling & Routing; Telecom network deployments, integration, and migrations; Telecom product development using cloud technologies; Develop and deliver Proof of Concepts and Demos for customers; and Cloud-native technologies, including Kubernetes (K8s), Helm, Container Network Interface (CNI), Channel State Information (CSI), Service Mesh, Docker or OpenStack.
Must have 2 years of experience with complex and multi-vendor environments, including multi-vendor products, applications and cloud solutions.
Domestic travel up to 10% required.
Telecommuting from a location within commuting distance of Dallas, TX may be permitted up to 60%.
