We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a strong work ethic to support Department of Defense (DoD) programs and projects. The position requires over 3 years of experience in Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and analysis. Successful candidates will have excellent communication and analytical skills in addition to the following skills/experience.
Responsibilities
- Planning, developing, maintaining, analyzing and presenting integrated project schedules in a Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition program.
- Performing schedule risk assessments, analysis of schedule variance, evaluation of schedule progress against the plan, critical path analysis, and evaluation of contractor’s written reports.
- Schedule estimating, substantiation of confidence level generation, schedule/prediction analysis, performance measurement (earned value) and project forecasting.
- Daily interface with Government personnel.
Skills Required
- Bachelors Degree required, preferably in mathematics, statistics, engineering, economics, or business.
- Over 3 years of relevant experience in scheduling and/or schedule analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in MS Project Add-Ins (Milestones Pro).
- Knowledge of DoD acquisition processes, regulations, and best practices pertaining to schedule development and analysis; experience with Agile software programs preferred.
- Analyzing critical path, schedule variance, schedule performance, and schedule risk/uncertainty analysis.
- Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development with MIL-STD-881 background.
- Salary range: $65K-$110K, depending on years of relevant experience.

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
