We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Global Talent Acquisition Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our Talent Marketing Capability, enhancing our employer brand and driving our talent acquisition efforts.
Position Summary:
The Global Talent Acquisition Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and owning the Talent Marketing Capability within the recruitment function. This role involves strategic planning, content creation, digital marketing, and collaboration to partner with our team for execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and talent acquisition, with a proven track record of enhancing employer brands and attracting top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Talent Marketing strategy aligned with the company’s recruitment and business goals.
- Review the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and ensure it is effectively communicated across all channels.
- Create a strategic roadmap for talent marketing initiatives, including timelines, goals, and budget requirements.
Employer Branding:
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand message that reflects the SPS’s culture, values, and mission.
- Oversee the creation of visually appealing and engaging employer branding materials.
- Conduct market research to understand competitive positioning and refine the EVP.
Content Marketing:
- Lead the creation of high-quality content such as blogs, videos, employee testimonials, and case studies.
- Develop a content calendar to ensure regular and relevant updates across channels.
- Utilize storytelling to create compelling narratives about the company’s culture and employee experiences.
Digital Marketing:
- Manage social media platforms to promote the employer brand and engage with potential candidates.
- Optimize career pages and job postings for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility.
- Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture relationships with potential candidates.
Talent Community Engagement:
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Implement and manage a Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Organize and participate in networking events, career fairs, webinars, and industry conferences.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, application rates, and source of hire.
- Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of talent marketing campaigns.
- Use data insights to refine and optimize marketing efforts.
Collaboration and Alignment:
- Work closely with HR, recruitment, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and integration of efforts.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to gather insights and ensure buy-in for talent marketing initiatives.
- Provide training for recruitment teams on employer branding and marketing principles.
Location:
This role is either remote or hybrid out of one of our offices, based on the candidate’s location. For hybrid office locations, we Succeed Together though in-person collaboration, balanced with remote work to provide flexibility.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business, or a relevant work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, employer branding, or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful talent marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage external partners.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is a plus.
