Astera Health has a Director of Facilities Management opening to serve the Astera Health locations. The Director of Facilities provides operational oversight to the following areas: facilities maintenance, safety and security, culinary services, environmental services, and bio-medical.

This position is full-time, 40 hours per week; Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Astera Health offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life and retirement. Responsibilities
- Provide vision, leadership, planning and management for the development, implementation, and support of all Support Service departments.
- Conduct oversight of construction projects and delivery service to ensure necessary regulatory needs are met by the organization.
- Oversee the coordination and planning for inspections and audits.

Education and Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in a business related field.
- 3-5 years of leadership experience.
- 10+ years experience in facilities service management.
- Minnesota 2nd Class C Boilers license.
- Or; an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the duties of the position.
