Role Description
The SVP is a full-time hybrid role located in Boston, MA, with flexibility for some remote work. The primary focus of this position is agency growth and best practices. To that end, LaVoieHealthScience is seeking a savvy health strategist with an entrepreneurial mindset to provide leadership that contributes to the financial health of the agency. The SVP will contribute to agency revenue growth by retaining and organically growing the existing portfolio of clients. The successful candidate will leverage their relationships and deep experience as a healthcare industry leader to attract new clients through relationship cultivation and network development. The SVP is an expert leader in integrated communications strategy, investor/financial communications, crisis management, and integrated communications measurement with a keen eye for earned media.
Qualifications / Expertise
- 12-15+ years experience in Communications, Media, and Investor Relations.
- Possesses expert lead development skills.
- Strategic and analytical problem-solver.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a team of professionals in an agency or corporate environment.
- Expert knowledge of the healthcare industry, in particular life science, biotech, med tech and/or pharmaceutical, animal or human health.
