ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Communications Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing marketing communications strategies to support our innovative ultrasound and X-ray systems. This role is crucial in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting sales initiatives within the medical imaging market. This position requires a minimum of 25% Travel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communications plans to support product launches, brand initiatives, and internal corporate communications of key topics.
- Craft compelling messaging and content for various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Represent Company at key events, functions, trade shows, and forums related to select key customers, accounts, societies, and as required.
- Coordinate and manage the company's presence at industry trade shows and events.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure successful tradeshow and event participation, lead generation, and tracking.
- Create and manage advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including online, print, and trade publications.
- Develop promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and product catalogs, to support sales efforts.
- Write, edit, and proofread marketing materials, press releases, and website content.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice and messaging.
- Oversee the company's online presence, including website, social media, and email marketing.
- Update and maintain the Content Management System (CMS) to continually optimize company web presence.
- Plan and execute email automation and nurturing campaigns to engage potential customers.
- Implement SEO and SEM strategies to enhance online visibility and drive traffic.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance metrics to analyze return on investment as well as provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with product management, sales, and engineering teams to align marketing efforts with product development and sales goals.
- Provide marketing support for internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree required, 5 years of industry experience, preferably in medical imaging, and MBA preferred.
- Marketing experience in the healthcare business with preference given to candidates with Ultrasound clinical or sales background.
- Project management and an ability to drive the completion of complex assignments.
- Advanced knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures of downstream marketing management; the medical capital equipment sales process; and how to drive demand in the capital equipment market.
- Ability to handle objections by creating a persuasive argument to drive projects or influence customers.
- Excellent written, presentation, and oral communication skills.
- Strong intra-organizational and external relationship skills.
- Strong business acumen, analytical and strategic thinking required.
- Capacity to manage cross-functional initiatives.
- Relentless customer focus.
- Self-manage and use a high level of detail to create projects under aggressive deadlines.

COMPUTER & ANALYTIC SKILLS:
- Experience in managing and updating a Digital Asset Manager to support sales enablement and streamlined marketing processes.
- Experience in utilizing Customer Relationship Management platforms such as HubSpot and SalesForce.com to optimize and track digital marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in various computer programs, including Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Suite, Photoshop, and other programs to produce business reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other softcopy deliverables.
- Must be able to assemble facts from various areas, analyze data, and provide informed recommendations to management.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
- Must be able to sit and/or drive for long periods of time when traveling.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time (8-15 hours) for multiple days.
- Interaction with x-ray devices; for this reason, strict safety and tracking programs are in place, requiring the utilization of dose monitoring equipment either full time or as necessitated by the situation.
- The noise level in the work environment is occasionally very loud.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
