As the Integrated Site Director for our corporate headquarters in Brecksville, OH and Wickliffe OH, you will ensure that safety performance, risk management, cost, appearance/condition of facilities, and service level to corporate groups achieves top quartile performance. You will also strive to continuously improve these key areas, leveraging standard work and best practices from the corporate Operational Excellence team.
What You Will Do:
- Ensure that the sites operations enable an outstanding corporate reputation in the Northeast Ohio community, with corporate leaders, employees, customers, and visitors.
- Define and lead a standard organizational model and cost structure for both site services team (Health, Safety & Environmental; Engineering, Operations, Facilities, Maintenance, and Shipping and Receiving).
- Accountable for all environmental, safety and risk-related performance on the Brecksville and Wickliffe sites.
- Manage the site operations budget and expenses, the facilities capital strategy, as well as budget and capital project execution.
- Responsible to meet corporate business and functional leaders’ goals that require site services support.
- Ensure that the site infrastructure, appearance, and security plans enable protection of critical corporate physical, people, and intellectual assets, as well as meeting targeted uptime and recovery time targets for delivery of critical corporate services (IT, Research, and otherwise).
- Ensure that an ethical, accountable, and inclusive culture exists at both headquarters’ sites.
- Lead and develop the site services team.
- Leverage organizational design, KPIs / Targets and utilization of procurement for best-in-class services delivery in partnership with Hazelwood site leaders.
Skills That Make A Difference:
- Bachelor’s degree in business/technical field or other relevant field.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in managing people, safety, expense, and capital budgeting and cost management.
- Experience in Facilities Management and Maintenance, capital budgeting and project execution.
- Demonstrated success building relationships, influencing, aligning, and delivering results within a matrix organization.
- Experience communicating with and engaging Senior Leaders (VP, President, CXO).
- Experience in community relations with local political leadership as well as security services.
- Experience in Environmental permitting and Management of Change.
- Experience in R&D, Testing, Corporate or Pilot Facilities leadership.
