Senior Auditor - CPA Preferred

We are seeking a talented Senior Auditor to join our team in Andover, MA. This role offers flexibility with a hybrid work schedule, depending on the candidate’s location, but is not fully remote. We service large and small closely held businesses, non-profit organizations, employee benefit plans, and various other entities by performing audits, reviews, compilations, tax/business advice, and preparing financial statements and tax returns. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and perform audit, review, or compilation procedures, documenting work and preparing workpapers
- Supervise and prepare financial statements
- Supervise and prepare state and federal income tax returns for various entities
- Proactively accomplish tasks in a timely manner
- Engage in constant professional development, staying current on assurance and tax pronouncements
Qualifications:
- 3 to 7 years of experience in public accounting
- CPA certification or progress toward CPA (preferred)
- Motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible, accountable, and dependable
- Effective team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Capable of managing multiple client projects simultaneously
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
