- Location: Charlotte, NC (On-site)
- Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience, plus performance bonus and comprehensive benefits.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday.

What will your day look like?
- Financial Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategies, supporting long-term business objectives.
- Budgeting & Reporting: Lead the budgeting process and ensure accurate financial reporting aligned with US GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a finance team, managing key areas like cost accounting, inventory management, and cash flow optimization.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams and serve as a key contact for external auditors and regulatory agencies.
Who are you?
- Experienced Financial Leader: You have 10+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Manufacturing Expert: Your background includes financial oversight in a manufacturing environment, with strong US GAAP and IFRS knowledge.
- Team Builder: You excel at leading and developing high-performing finance teams, fostering collaboration and strategic decision-making.
- Strong Communicator: You possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, easily connecting with stakeholders at all levels.
