Kirby Bates Associates has been exclusively retained by a dynamic retail healthcare organization to conduct a search for their new Chief Financial Officer as they continue their rapid growth in the Carolinas.
Opportunity Highlights:

- Reports to the CEO.
- Plans to grow from current 8 locations to 14 by the end of 2024.
- Oversee all aspects of the company’s financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Opportunity for an up-and-coming leader to grow with an organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (or Finance).
- Certified Public Accountant or CPA candidate preferred.
- 7-10 years relevant experience, including a significant role as a standalone finance/accounting leader for an investor-owned healthcare business.
- Experience in multi-site, retail-oriented locations in a health wellness industry is preferred.
- Experience with investor plus lender reporting packages and analytics.
- Able to credibly articulate financial information to board members.
