Applies radiographic procedures to patients for diagnostic purposes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: HS or GED and must be a graduate of a JRCERT accredited program; If a new graduate, must be Registry eligible and become registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist and Certified Texas Medical Board within 12 months of graduation date.
- Current CPR certification.
Special Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact), Writing/Composing Reports.
- Analytical, CRT, and Medical Terms.
Work Schedule: Flexible.
Equipment Operated:
All ionizing Radiation equipment, All image processing equipment.
