JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented IT Business Partner to join our team in Dallas. This individual will play a critical role in bridging the gap between IT and the business, ensuring that our technology solutions align with and support our US subsidiary's strategic objectives. The successful candidate will be actively involved in the implementation of new corporate systems based on SAP, and subsequently their evolution and adaptation to the changing needs of the business. You will be the primary point of contact for our Dallas office, with additional responsibility for supporting other locations within the same time zone, such as Mexico. This position requires communication skills in both English and Spanish
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Implementation:
- Collaborate closely with the central IT team in Spain to implement SAP solutions in the US subsidiary.
- Provide on-site support and training to end-users throughout the implementation process.
Ongoing System Management:
- Identify and anticipate future business needs, proactively proposing technology solutions to address them.
- Work with the central IT team to develop and implement enhancements and modifications to SAP
- Coordinate and manage ongoing support and maintenance activities for the implemented solutions.
- Escalate and track complex issues to the central IT team in Spain for resolution.
- Support the centralized Help Desk team for actions that require physical support (remote hands) such as the physical delivery of equipment to users.
Business Partnership:
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the US and Mexico subsidiary to understand their technology needs and challenges.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and recommendations on technology solutions that support business goals, following the established policies and procedures.
- aSty abreast of industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, especially due to specific local requirements.
QUALIFICATION:
Experience:
- Proven track record as an IT Business Partner or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SD and MM modules.
- Willingness to learn and develop expertise in other functional areas (SAP FI, CO) and solutions like Salesforce.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Project management experience is a plus.
